Rabbit-Proof Fence (2002)

Rating ***/5

Rabbit proof fence is story of  Aussie aboriginal harassment and highlights harassment on the whit Aborigines to eliminate 'half-caste' children. A girl is abducted under a weired Australian Aborigine law where she is taken to a church boot camp to teach the equities of a white person. The girl runs away and treks 1500 mile road along the fence to reach her house, brilliant cinematorgraphy of aussie country side, also a wonderful depiction of 'tracker' character played by David Gulpilil.

A very good movie
